Our app provides two access levels â User and Manager. Users can view only their own sessions and activities, while Managers can view sessions and activities of all users. This ensures data privacy for users and complete visibility for managers.
Login Notification
Whenever a user logs in from a new device or location, the system automatically detects it and sends a security email notification. The email contains details about the login, including IP address, device type, and location, allowing the user to verify or secure their account.
Sessions
Each time a user logs in, a new session is automatically created. The session record contains details such as user name, device, operating system, IP address, and location. It also includes action buttons to check connection status, close sessions, or view login location on the map.
IP Lookup
Activity Logs
Every operation performed by a user during a session is recorded in Activity Logs. Each log shows what changes were made, who made them, and when. It also includes old and new values for complete transparency. Below are examples for Create, Update, and Delete operations.
Create Operation: Users' operations are recorded as activity logs within their respective sessions.
Update Operation: Users' operations are recorded as activity logs within their respective sessions.
Delete Operation: Users' operations are recorded as activity logs within their respective sessions.
