Product & Variant Sync
Import Shopify products with all variants and option values (size, color, etc.) as properly structured Odoo product attributes and variants. Updates flow in both directions.
Multi-Location Inventory
Map every Shopify location to an Odoo warehouse and push on-hand quantities on a schedule so stock levels never drift apart.
Order Import
New and updated Shopify orders are pulled into Odoo as sales orders, with customer records, shipping address and line item detail matched to your catalog automatically.
Tax & Fiscal Position Mapping
Shopify tax lines are matched to Odoo taxes (creating them on first use), and fiscal positions are resolved from the customer's shipping country automatically.
Refunds & Returns
Shopify refunds generate matching credit notes in Odoo, and restocked line items create an inbound return picking ready for your warehouse team to validate.
Real-Time Webhooks
Order, product and refund changes in Shopify trigger an immediate, signature-verified sync job instead of waiting for the next scheduled run.
How it works
- In your Shopify Admin, go to Settings > Apps and sales channels > Develop apps, create a custom app, and install it on your store.
- Copy the Admin API access token and paste it into a new Shopify Store record in Odoo, along with your shop domain.
- Click Test Connection to verify Odoo can reach your store.
- Fetch Shopify locations and assign one to each Odoo warehouse.
- Run an initial product and order sync, or let the scheduled jobs handle it.
- Monitor sync activity and retry failed jobs from the Sync Queue.

- A Shopify store with Admin API access (custom app or Partner app)
