Physical Inventory Pro
The missing production-grade layer on top of Odoo's physical inventory. Named count sessions, full who/when audit trail, variance analytics, approval thresholds, and a signed-off PDF at the end of every count.
Named Count Sessions
Group quants into a session (e.g. "Q2 Count - Warehouse A") with responsible user, planned vs actual dates, and a progress percent visible in Kanban and List.
Who/When Audit Trail
Every adjustment captures who counted, the timestamp, the pre-count value, the counted value, and the variance. Works for manual counts and sessions alike.
Variance Dashboard
Pivot and graph views of every historical adjustment. Slice variance by location, by product, by counter, or over time to spot recurring discrepancies.
Approval Thresholds
Set a variance percent or absolute-quantity threshold. Counts above the limit route to "To Approve" and require manager sign-off before posting.
Notes & Reason Codes
Attach a note to any pending count ("damaged pallet", "theft investigation"). The note travels with the adjustment onto the audit trail and the PDF.
Session Sign-Off PDF
Printable PDF per session with all counts, variances, notes, plus counter and approver signature blocks. Audit-ready out of the box.
Full Inventory History
A single menu to browse every past count with filters for date range, counter, location, product or session. No more per-row drilling.
Request-a-Count Tracking
Status tracking on every requested count (pending / counted / applied), overdue alerts, and progress visibility for the inventory manager.
Compatibility Notice
This module is tested and certified to work with the vanilla (standard, unmodified) edition of Odoo Community and Enterprise. It depends on the standard Inventory (stock) and Discuss (mail) modules.
If your Inventory module or related stock add-ons (such as third-party physical inventory apps, custom stock.quant / stock.move / stock.move.line overrides, or alternate inventory adjustment workflows) have been modified by another developer, behavior is not guaranteed.
