Workflow Steps

A clear, structured flow to ensure every stage has a responsible person and a recorded timestamp.

1) Submit Transfer Request The requester creates an internal transfer and submits it for approval.
2) Direct Manager Approval The designated manager approves or rejects the transfer request.
3) Warehouse Manager Approval Warehouse approval ensures stock and destination readiness.
4) Shipping Confirmation Shipping confirms dispatch, handover, and readiness for receiving.
5) Receiving / Final Validation The receiver confirms arrival; the process closes with final validation.
