QR Code on Invoice Reports Different QR per Company
Add QR codes to invoices in Odoo with support for multiple companies. Enable or disable QR display per company or per individual invoice for full flexibility.
Key Features
Each company can upload its own QR image to be used on invoice reports.
Fully supports Odoo’s multi-company setup, with separate QR uploads for each company.
Toggle QR code visibility on invoices at the company level.
Choose whether to display the QR code for individual invoices, even if it's enabled at the company level.
Uploaded QR images are automatically included in printed or downloaded PDF invoices.

After installing our module, navigate to the Company menu as shown in the image below.
Then, in the company record, you'll see a 'Payment QR' tab. Navigate to this tab, check the 'Show Invoice QR' option to enable it, and upload your QR image below. If you want to display the QR author's name, select it otherwise, leave it blank. Finally, save the configuration for that company.
In the invoice, you can also see the 'Show QR' option, which can be manually disabled for that specific invoice.
You will then see that the company for which the QR configuration was enabled is selected here.
In the image below, you can see the QR along with the author's name this appears only if you selected the author in the configuration.
In the image below, you can see a QR without the author's name.

Does this module generate QR codes automatically?
- No, this module allows you to upload your own pre-generated QR image for each company.
Can I upload different QR images for each company?
- Yes, each company can upload a unique QR image through their settings.
Where does the uploaded QR code appear?
- It will appear on the customer invoice PDF.
Can I hide the QR code for certain invoices?
- Yes, you can disable the QR code for specific invoices even if it’s enabled for the company.
What QR code formats are supported?
- You can upload standard image formats like PNG, JPG for your QR code.
