Purchase product quality inspection application provides functionality for quality inspections on the incoming product's (Receipts). It can be configured with different control points & its parameters product wise. In addition to this application also provides quality alert reports with/without barcode and product lot number wise. However, quality issues caused by suppliers are identified before they reach the user production.

NOTE: If you are installing this module into Enterprise Edition, then you do not have to install the quality module that is provided by Odoo Standard.

Quality Control Configuration:

• In the configuration menu create Quality control.
• "Quality Alert" as well as "Quality Inspection" can be easily altered to the different teams dashboard.

Dashboard:

• "Quality alert" as well as "Quality Inspection" can be easily altered to the different teams dashboard.

Quality Control Points:

• Different quality control points can be configured based on products as well as operations. Furthermore, multiple control points versions & sequences can be managed easily.
• Creation time of the quality control point is restricted if the user tries to do a particular operation (which is mentioned here) without check inspection or inspection status. If not passed then the system will raise a warning.
• Once the user taps on “Quality Inspection '' button inspection system will begin inspection based on configuration for incoming product.
• In addition to this system will also suggest correct measurement parameters based on the configuration.
• 'QCP00017' is an auto generated sequential number, which represents the product 'Quality control point'.
• 'QCPL00035' is an auto generated sequential number, which represents control point parameters "Quality control point line".
• Users can configure different various "Test Types" in the control points such as:
• 1. Measure (Minimum/ Maximum tolerance)
• 2. Image
• 3. Text
• 4. Choice [Fail or Pass]

Quality Inspections:

• Quality inspections are commonly used with the group by functionality to identify records inspection wise.
• 'QI00062' is an auto generated sequential number, which represents product 'Quality Inspection'.
• 'IL00100' is an auto generated sequential number, which represents the tested quality inspection parameter 'Inspection Line'.

Quality Alerts:

• For failed Inspection line Quality alerts with multiple reasons can be generated.
• Quality alert sticker report will be generated with/without product barcode.
• Product lot number is used to track the products physically for repairs.
• 'QA00046' is an auto generated sequential number, which represents product 'Quality alert'.

Restrict Picking:

• If the user enables "Is Restrict" on the quality control point then the system will not be allowed to submit the picking without checking quality.

Detailed Quality Inspection:

• If the user enables "Detailed Quality Inspection" on the control point then the system will be able to check the quality control by detailed operation wise.
