Ahamove Integration

- Download dependency modules if they do not exist

• Download Vietnam Address Base module in here
• Download Shipping Methods Base module in here

- Install module Ahamove Integration

- In this section, we will proceed to set the parameters and connect to Ahamove Server to get the access token. This access token will help authenticate API connections with the Ahamove Server.

Step 1: Go to: Inventory/Configuration/Delivery/Shipping Methods/Ahamove/Integrated Configuration Tab

Step 2: Input:

• Partner Name
• Partner Phone
• API Key

Step 3: Click on button

Step 4: Configure default parameters for delivery orders

- Weight Unit: The unit of measure for your shipment. You don't need to change it because Ahamove does not require passing this parameter

- Promo Code: Ahamove will give you this promotion code

- Service Type: This field will determine what type of service for your delivery order

- Request Type: This field will identify the type of special request for your delivery order

- Payment Method: The payment method you want to use

Step 5: Configure a webhook to track orders called from the Ahamove system

- Activate "Authentication Use". Then click the button to get the access token code. If you do not want to use protection for your Odoo system. You can skip this step.

- Go to Ahamove portal

- Navigate: Integrated accounts

• Click on button [Update]
• Copy the field [Webhook URL] from Odoo and paste it to the field [Webhook URL]
• Copy the field [Access Token] from Odoo and paste it to the field [Auth Token]

Step 6: When there is an endpoint change from Ahamove's system, rest assured, that it won't take you much time to edit it.

- Navigate Routes Tab, Here you can edit basic information for your restful API such as methods, headers, path, etc,

Finally, Congrats, you have successfully configured the necessary components to connect to the Ahamove system.

Step 1: Go to: Inventory/Configuration/Warehouses

Click on Button

Finally, Congrats, you've service synchronization and special requests.

Step 1: Go to: Contacts/Create

This information is required

• Name: The name of customer
• Street: The street name
• State: The province name
• District: The district name
• Ward: The ward name
• Phone: The number phone

Finally, Congrats, you've created your first customer.

- After creating your first customer. In this section, we will estimate the shipping costs for your sales order.

Step 1: Go to: Sales, Create a new sale order

Step 2: Click on button to open pop up Add a shipping method

Step 3: Choose Shipping Method, Service, Request Type

Step 4: Click on button to get estimated cost from Ahamove provider

Step 5: Click on button to confirm add cost to the sale order

Finally, You have successfully estimated the shipping costs for your sales order

- Once the cost has been estimated and confirmed by your customer. We will proceed to create a delivery order with the Ahamove provider.

Step 1: Go to: Inventory/Delivery Orders/Choose Delivery Order/Additional Info Tab

Step 2: Choose information of delivery order

Step 3: Click on button .The system will validate the picking and automatically book the order

Finally, Congrats, You have successfully booked the shipping for your sales order.

Click on button to cancel the delivery order.

Click on button You can directly track your order in real time
