The Attendance module includes a clean Attendance History screen inside the employee mobile app, so staff can instantly track their punches and working hours without asking HR. Every record shows check-in time, check-out time, total worked hours, and the current attendance status.

How It Works: Taqnix Attendance
A seamless journey from mobile punch to Odoo records.
Employees log in with company credentials; the app auto-links to their Odoo profile.
Tap Check In to capture time + optional GPS, Wi-Fi, IP, or Selfie verification.
Automatic address conversion and GPS logging for field accountability. Managers can see in which location employees are working currently.
Once checked in, the system marks the attendance as Open.
Tap Check Out to end work. Worked hours are calculated automatically and synced to Odoo.
View logs in Attendance History. Use filters like Today, This Month, or Closed to find records.
Forgot to punch? Employees can raise Missed Punch or Correction Requests for Manager/HR approval with a full audit trail.
