Project Task to Calendar: Automatic Meeting Creation

From Task to Meeting: A Smarter Odoo Workflow | Create Meeting from Project Task Automatically

This application enables users to synchronize Project Tasks with Calendar Meetings. It will automatically generate a calendar meeting whenever a task is created. If a project user modifies the task, the system will ensure synchronization with the corresponding meeting.

Main Features:

  • Enable users of the project to automatically create and update calendar meetings based on project tasks.
  • Users of the project have the ability to view Meeting Information within the Task Form.
  • Users are able to view Task Information within the Calendar Meeting Form.
  • The creation and updating of tasks will be automatically synchronized with calendar meetings.
  • It is important to note that after a Meeting has been connected to a Task, the Meeting cannot be removed.
