Our app enhances Odoo’s project management capabilities by allowing businesses to assign multiple internal users to project tasks. Unlike Odoo’s standard feature, which allows both internal and portal users to be assigned, our app ensures that only internal users can be selected—making it a perfect solution for teams that want to keep project management strictly internal.

• Assign Multiple Responsible Users at the Project Level: The project manager can configure multiple responsible users directly in the project form. These users will act as the default responsible users for all tasks under the project.
• Auto-Assign Responsible Users to Tasks: When creating a new task, responsible users will be automatically inherited from the project settings. Users can still edit and update the responsible users on a per-task basis if needed.
• Restrict Assignments to Internal Users Only: Unlike the Odoo standard feature, our app does not allow portal users to be assigned. This keeps task management strictly within the internal team for better security and workflow control.
• Enable Multi-User Task Access: All users assigned to a task will have access to view and manage the task details. This feature ensures seamless collaboration among team members working on the same task.
• Works Alongside Odoo’s Standard Multi-User Feature: Our app enhances Odoo’s default visibility and access rules without conflicting with them. Businesses can continue using Odoo’s built-in multi-user access while benefiting from our app’s internal-user restriction and auto-assignment features.
