This module enhances project task management in Odoo by introducing Start, Pause, Stop, and Restart buttons, allowing project teams to track task progress efficiently. The feature is available in the Kanban, List, and Form views of project tasks.
When a user stops a task, the system automatically prompts a timesheet creation wizard, ensuring accurate work logs. The user can record time entries for single or multiple days, making timesheet management seamless.
Main Features:
- Task Control with Start, Pause, Stop, and Restart Buttons: Enables users to start, pause, stop, or restart a task with just one click. Helps track active working hours on project tasks efficiently.
- Available in Multiple Views: Task control buttons are accessible in:
- Kanban View â Quick access for managing tasks.
- List View â Convenient tracking for multiple tasks.
- Form View â Full task details with action buttons.
- Automated Timesheet Recording on Task Stop: When a user clicks Stop, a timesheet creation wizard appears. Users can enter time spent before confirming the entry. Supports timesheet creation for single or multiple days.
- Seamless Integration with Odoo Timesheets: Automatically logs time entries into the Odoo Timesheet module. Ensures accurate tracking of billable and non-billable hours. Supports payroll and project cost calculations.
