Which TikTok Shop API version is supported?
The connector uses TikTok Shop Open API V2 (version 202309 and later) with HMAC-SHA256 request signing and OAuth 2.0 authentication.
Can I connect multiple TikTok Shop accounts?
Yes. You can create multiple instances, each linked to a different TikTok Shop account, company and warehouse.
Does the connector support real-time sync?
Yes. Webhooks provide real-time notifications for order, product and inventory events. You can also configure scheduled cron jobs for periodic synchronization.
What happens if a sync fails?
All import and export operations go through a queue system with automatic retry (up to 3 attempts). Failed items are logged with detailed error messages for easy troubleshooting.
How are products matched between TikTok and Odoo?
Products are matched by SKU (Internal Reference) or Barcode, depending on your instance configuration. If no match is found, the connector can optionally auto-create the product in Odoo.
Can I download shipping labels from TikTok?
Yes. After fulfillment is updated, you can download shipping labels, packing slips or both directly from the Odoo delivery order form. Documents are attached to the chatter for easy access.
Which Odoo versions are supported?
This module is built for Odoo 18 (Community and Enterprise editions).
