Cancel Reason for Sale, Purchase & Invoice
This module is utilized to record the reason for cancellation for sales, purchases, and invoices.
Lets create a new Quotation in Sales Module
Create a Quotation for a Sale Order. If you need to Cancel it, click on the Cancel Button. A Wizard will open to specify the Reason for Cancellation.
The same will be for Sale order Cancellation
A Wizard will pop up prompting you to specify the Reason for Canceling the Sale Order.
The Cancel Reason will be there under the Other info Page in Form View
The specified Cancellation Reason will be displayed in the Cancel Reason field on the Other Info page.
Lets dive into the purchase module
Create a RFQ or Purchase Order. If you need to Cancel, click the Cancel Button and a Wizard will open to enter the Reason for Cancellation.
You need to mention the Reason for Cancellation if you want to Cancel the Vendor Bill.
After Creating a Bill for the Purchase Order, if you need to Cancel it, you can do so!
The Cancel Reason will be there under the Other Info Page
The Cancel Reason will be displayed under the Other info page of the Purchase Order Form View.
Cancel Invoive which is Draft State
Create a new invoice and attempt to cancel it by providing a cancellation reason in the wizard.
The Cancel Reason will be reflect in the Cancel Reason field
The Cancel Reason will be displayed in the Cancel Reason field on the Other Info Page.
