Sale Pricelist Based on Actual Cost Price
This module enhances inventory management by providing features to effectively track sales and purchase products associated with lots
After installing the module navigate to Inventory Settings.
Enable the Lots & Serial Numbers option in the Traceability section

Next go to Product Form
In the General Information tab, set the product tracking option to By Lots. Enable the Expiration Date option in the Traceability section.


Purchase the product
Go to Purchase module and create a purchase order for the product and confirm the order then receive the product.
while clicking Validate button, a popup will be shown to provide a Lot/Serial number for the product.


After providing the Lot/Serial number, Validate the receipt.

Set Removal Date
Open Lot/Serial Numbers form of the product by navigating to Inventory module and set Removal Date.
Removal Date is the number of days before the Expiration Date after which the goods should be removed from the stock.

Go to Sale Order Form
Create a Sale Order for the purchased product.
If the Removal Date is lesser than or equal to the current date, then the Available Lots will not be shown.
Then confirm and validate the sale order and validate the Delivery by providing the Lot/Serial Number.
The Sale Price is updated
Open the Lots/Serial Numbers form of the product, there the Sale Price will be updated.

Enable Landed Cost on Inventory Settings

Open Product Form
Open the product and set the Costing Method as FIFO and Inventory Valuation as Automated in the Product Category

Go to Landed Cost Form
Navigate to Inventory and choose Landed Cost from the Operations menu

Select the specific transfer from the dropdown menu, create or choose a landed cost product, and then validate the Landed Cost.

Landed Cost is updated
The Landed Cost will be updated in the Lot/Serial Number of the product.

Sale price calculation based on Lot with Cost and Landed Cost
Navigate to Settings and choose Pricelist

Create/Choose a pricelist and choose the price computation based on Lot with Cost from the dropdown

Unit Price updated based on the Pricelist and Lot
While creating the Sale Order, choose the pricelist

Margin Analysis Report
Navigate to Sale Order module and open Margin Analysis under the Reporting tab.

This is the Graph view of the report.It can also be viewed in Pivot view.

Lot Expiration Report
Navigate to Inventory Module and Lot Expiration Report under the Products menu.

On clicking, a wizard pops up where you can provide the number of days/weeks/months/years from the dropdown

By clicking on Retrieve, the corresponding records will be displayed, and by clicking on Print, we can generate the lot expiry report.


Barcode Report
Navigate to Inventory module and open Lots/Serial Number form and click on Print Lot Barcode
A wizard will appear. Select your choice and click on Print.

On clicking Print, the barcode report is generated.

Traceability Report
Navigate to Inventory module and open Lots/Serial Number form and click on Traceability smart button
