Pet Management/Farm Management

Farm Management module is used to maintain the Animals / Pets inventory tracking, operations, Vaccination plans & Scheduling, veterinary procedures, treatments and routine checkups.

After Installing navigate to Farm Management. Form

After installing, you can see the farm management menu. Clicking it directs you to a list view of animal details, which includes animal details.

Configuration

Under the configuration, you can create record details for animal,disease, doctor, medical tests, species, breeds, variants, and animal color related to animal.

Create Insurance

Create animal insurance from the Insurance menu under the Animal Insurance main menu.

Add Routine Checkup details

Create routine checkup records by providing details such as description, routine period, and priority.

Add Scheduled Checkup details

Create scheduled check records by entering details such as description, animal name, and checkup date.

An Add Veterinary consulting details

Veterinary consulting provides insights into the specifics of the animal consultation. Weight is recorded during the veterinary consultation and should also be reflected in the animal master.

Create Vaccine

Create vaccine records

Vaccination Plans and Vaccination Scheduler

Vaccination Scheduler get automatically generated based on the vaccination plan and date of birth of animal.

Create Animal Records

Now, create animal records by providing the name, species, gender, weight, date of birth, blood group, license, breed, father, mother, vaccination lines, checkup lines, and identification marks etc.

Animal Tracking

If the animal is present in internal or transit locations and the lot quantity is zero or less, it deactivates the associated animal by archiving the record.
