Sales Warranty
This module helps to create warranty details for products which have a warranty.
After Installing the module navigate to Product Master.
You will find an option to add a warranty period for a product by enabling the Warranty Eligible field in the product template.
Next Create a Sale Order
Create a Sale order with that product, and confirm.
After confirm the Sale order, you can see Add Warranty button in order line
Click on Add Warranty button to assign a warranty to the product.
After clicking the Add Warranty button, a pop-up will appear.
This pop-up will help you add the warranty details. After filling in all the necessary information, click the Add Warranty button to proceed.
Note : Once you created a warranty for a product, then you can't create more than one warranty for that product which is in In warranty state.
Now you can see new button in the sale order."
You will see a new button named Warranty with the number of warranty records in the sale order. By clicking this Warranty button, you can view the warranty details for the products related to that sale order.

You can also create warranty record by clicking Warranty under the Orders menu.
After clicking Warranty menu.
You can view all warranty records.
The Force Expire button
The Force Expire button helps to change the state from In Warranty to Expired. Created warranty records will be in In Warranty stage. The system also checks the warranty end date in the warranty form and changes the status of the record automatically as it approaches the expiry date.
Warranty Details under Reporting
By clicking Warranty Details you will get an analysis report of warranty records.
In this analysis report, you can filter records by the status of the warranty. And also you can download an xls file of the report by clicking the download button.

There is a menu option to print the Warranty Card details.
The Warranty Card displays all relevant warranty details.
