Auto Weekend Deduction Rule: Automatically deduct Friday and Saturday if leave starts on Thursday or ends on Sunday

Configurable at Company Level: Enable/disable the rule using a simple checkbox in company settings

🇸🇦 وحدة خصم الإجازات حسب سياسة السعودية

هذه الوحدة تم تطويرها خصيصًا لتناسب سياسة العمل والموارد البشرية في المملكة العربية السعودية، حيث يتم احتساب عطلة نهاية الأسبوع (الجمعة والسبت) ضمن الإجازة إذا تداخلت مع أيام معينة.

📌 كيف تعمل الوحدة؟

  • إذا قام الموظف بطلب إجازة ليوم الخميس فقط، يتم خصم 3 أيام (الخميس + الجمعة + السبت).
  • إذا قام الموظف بطلب إجازة ليوم الأحد فقط، يتم خصم 3 أيام (الجمعة + السبت + الأحد).
  • أما إذا قام الموظف بطلب إجازة من يوم الخميس إلى الأحد، يتم خصم 4 أيام فقط.
  • في باقي الحالات، يتم خصم عدد الأيام حسب الجدول الزمني للعمل (Work Schedule) كما هو معتاد في Odoo.

⚙️ الإعدادات

  1. من إعدادات الشركة، قم بتفعيل خيار "تطبيق قاعدة خصم الإجازة السعودية.
  2. اختر أنواع الإجازات التي تريد تطبيق القاعدة عليها او يتم تطبيق القاعده علي جميع الانواع.
  3. اختر الموظفين الذين تنطبق عليهم القاعدة او يتم تطبيق القاعده علي جميع الموظفين.

🎯 مثال توضيحي

إذا طلب الموظف يوم إجازة يوم الخميس فقط:

📅 سيتم خصم: الخميس + الجمعة + السبت = 3 أيام

إذا طلب الموظف إجازة من الخميس حتى الأحد:

📅 سيتم خصم: الخميس + الجمعة + السبت + الأحد = 4 أيام فقط

إذا طلب الموظف يوم الاثنين فقط:

📅 سيتم خصم يوم واحد فقط لأنه لا يتقاطع مع عطلة نهاية الأسبوع.
