After installing the "Dynamic CRM Forms" module, go to the CRM application.

Click on the Configuration menu item and select Worksheet Template.

Create a New Template

In the Worksheet Template view, click the New button to begin creating a new template.

Name the Template and Begin Design :

Provide a clear Name for your worksheet (e.g., "Initial Client Qualification"). Once named, click the Design Template button to build the form layout.

Design the Form in Odoo Studio:

After clicking "Design Template," Odoo Studio will open automatically. You can now drag and drop various field types (e.g., Text, Checkbox, Date) from the left-hand panel onto the main form to build your custom worksheet.

Close Studio to Save :

Once you are satisfied with your design and have added all the necessary fields, click the Close button in the top-right corner to save the template and exit Studio.

Select a Worksheet in an Opportunity :

Open any CRM opportunity. Inside the form, you will see a "Worksheet" tab. Click on this tab and select the desired worksheet template from the dropdown menu.

Access the Worksheet via Smart Button :

Once a worksheet is selected, a new Worksheet smart button will appear at the top of the opportunity form.

Open and Fill in the Worksheet Data :

Click the "Worksheet" smart button. This will open the custom form you designed. Enter the required information into the fields.

Confirm Worksheet Completion :

After you have filled in the data, the smart button on the opportunity will turn green and update its text to Worksheet Complete, providing a clear visual indicator that the task is done.

View Worksheet Analysis :

To review the data collected across multiple opportunities, navigate back to the worksheet configuration area (CRM > Configuration > Worksheet Template). Here, you can access reporting and analysis tools for each template.

Analyze Worksheet Data :

From the Worksheet Template list view, you can see a count of how many leads and opportunities are linked to each template. To view a detailed report of the data collected, click the Analysis button for the desired worksheet.
