Warehouse Access Rights per User
Securely restrict inventory operations and data by warehouse and location
Core Features:
- Assign one or more warehouses to specific users.
- Selecting a warehouse auto-populates all its locations; individual locations can be removed.
- Location domain is constrained to selected warehouses â users cannot add a location without its parent warehouse.
- Removing a warehouse automatically removes its exclusive locations.
- Auto-assigns all Inventory Managers to every newly created warehouse.
- Inventory Managers bypass all restrictions via explicit bypass rules.
Strict Filtering Applied To:
- stock.warehouse: Configuration
- stock.picking.type: Operations menus (receipts, deliveries, internal transfers)
- stock.picking: All transfers including internal transfers and scrap
- stock.move: Stock moves
- stock.move.line: Detailed operations
- stock.location: Location tree
- stock.quant: On-hand stock and physical inventory
- stock.scrap: Scrap orders
- stock.valuation.layer: Stock valuation reports
