🔄 How It Works
User creates an internal transfer from Warehouse A to Warehouse B.
System checks if creator has authority over source and/or destination warehouses.
Warehouses where creator has authority are automatically approved.
Warehouse managers (where creator lacks authority) receive notifications to approve.
Any authorized manager can approve the transfer on behalf of their warehouse.
Once all required approvals are received, the transfer is automatically validated and stock moves.

🚀 Installation
- Copy the module to your Odoo addons directory
- Update the apps list in Odoo
- Install "Top Internal Inventory Approval" from the Apps menu
- Configure warehouse managers in Inventory → Configuration → Warehouses
- Start creating internal transfers with automatic approval workflow!
⚙️ Configuration
After installation, configure warehouse managers:
- Go to Inventory → Configuration → Warehouses
- Open a warehouse
- Assign one or more managers in the "Warehouse Managers" field
- Save the warehouse
- Repeat for all warehouses that need approval workflow
Note: The approval workflow automatically activates for internal transfers between different warehouses.
📋 Using My Approval Requests
The module includes a dedicated "My Approval Requests" menu under Inventory → Operations that shows only transfers requiring your approval:
- Personalized View: Each user sees only transfers where they are a warehouse manager and approval is still pending
- Quick Access: Access all your pending approvals from one central location
- Easy Review: Click "Review" button to open the approval workflow page and approve or reject transfers
- Real-Time Updates: The list automatically updates as approvals are processed
How to Use:
- Navigate to Inventory → Operations → My Approval Requests
- Review the list of transfers requiring your approval
- Click the "Review" button on any transfer
- Approve or reject the transfer from the approval workflow page
