Why Choose This Module
Highlights Programs with an intake-based grade scale (letter grades and GPA points per score band) and a configurable passing score / minimum attendance. Cohorts with a fixed seat count, intake/start/end dates and a lifecycle from draft through open, in progress, completed or cancelled. Class-session timetable with room and instructor assignment; overlapping bookings for the same instructor or room are rejected, and an instructor's weekly teaching load is capped against their configured availability. Instructor weekly-availability windows used to validate that a session falls inside a slot the instructor can actually teach. An attendance register per session (present / late / absent / excused) feeding a weighted attendance rate per student. A weighted gradebook: assessments carry a percentage weight and maximum score; student scores roll up into a final weighted percentage, a letter grade and GPA points looked up from the program's grade scale. One-click cohort completion that graduates or fails every enrolled student based on their final grade and attendance rate, with a cohort-level graduation rate and average GPA roll-up.
