- Le support est-il compris dans le module ?
Non, seul les dysfonctionnements sont pris en compte dans le support, sinon vous devez avoir un contrat de support Aunéor Conseil.
- L’hébergement est-il compris dans le module ?
Non. Si vous souhaitez être hébergé chez Aunéor Conseil ou chez Odoo, alors vous pouvez souscrire un
contrat auprès d’Aunéor Conseil ou d’Odoo mais ce contrat d’hébergement sera indépendant du présent module.

- Qu’est‑ce que Asqualio ?
Asqualio est un module créé par Aunéor Conseil, intégrateur Odoo depuis 2012. Il vient s’ajouter à votre instance Odoo pour faciliter la gestion d’un organisme de formation.
- Est‑ce utilisable avec la version communautaire ?
Oui. Asqualio fonctionne aussi bien avec la version communautaire (Open‑Source) qu’avec la version Enterprise (licence). Certaines fonctionnalités Enterprise (ex. signature électronique, comptabilité complète) ne sont pas disponibles sur la version communautaire.
- Le tarif est‑il basé sur le nombre de stagiaires ou formateurs ?
Non. Le prix ne change pas, quel que soit le nombre de stagiaires ou de formateurs. Ils accèdent via un portail sans coût supplémentaire.
- Faut‑il un hébergement spécifique pour utiliser Asqualio ?
Non. Asqualio est un module pour Odoo que vous ajoutez à votre base existante. En version Enterprise, un abonnement « personnalisé » est requis pour installer des modules spécifiques.
- Quels sont les prérequis à l’installation de Asqualio ?
Il faut disposer d'une instance Odoo (version communautaire ou Enterprise) et d’un hébergement (chez vous, chez Odoo, ou via Aunéor Conseil).
- Les mises à jour sont‑elles gratuites ?
Oui, les mises à jour mineures (de type v18.0.1 > v18.0.2) sont gratuites. En cas de migration vers une nouvelle version d’Odoo (ex : v17 > v18), il faudra télécharger à nouveau le module, ce qui est payant sauf si vous avez un abonnement. La migration est incluse dans le contrat Odoo Enterprise si vous êtes client Odoo.
- Pouvez‑vous aider à installer et utiliser Asqualio ?
Oui. Vous avez accès gratuitement à une documentation complète, à des tutoriaux et à un e-learning. En option : support (1 h gratuite avec abonnement), formation et accompagnement par Aunéor Conseil.
- Dois‑je contacter Odoo avant d’installer Asqualio ?
Pour la version communautaire : non. Pour la version Enterprise : il faut avoir un contrat de licence et un hébergement adapté. Aunéor Conseil peut gérer ces démarches pour vous.
- Puis‑je avoir accès à une documentation et un tutoriel pour l’installation ?
Oui. Des guides et tutos sont disponibles en ligne. En complément, des prestations payantes de formation ou de support sont proposées.

- Is the support included in the module ?
No, only malfunctions are taken into account in the support, otherwise you must have an Auneor Conseil support contract.
- Is accommodation included in the module ?
No. If you wish to be hosted by Auneor Conseil or Odoo, then you can sign a contract with Auneor Conseil or Odoo but this hosting contract will be independent of this module.

- What is Asqualio?
Asqualio is a module created by Aunéor Conseil, an Odoo integrator since 2012. It adds to your Odoo instance to simplify the management of a training organization.
- Is it compatible with the Community version?
Yes. Asqualio works with both the Community (Open Source) and Enterprise (licensed) versions of Odoo. Some Enterprise features (e.g. e-signature, full accounting) are not available in the Community version.
- Is the price based on the number of trainees or trainers?
No. The price remains the same regardless of the number of trainees or trainers. They access the system via a portal with no additional cost.
- Is specific hosting required to use Asqualio?
No. Asqualio is a module you add to your existing Odoo database. For the Enterprise version, a 'custom' subscription is required to install specific modules.
- What are the prerequisites for installing Asqualio?
You must have an Odoo instance (Community or Enterprise version) and hosting (self-hosted, via Odoo, or through Aunéor Conseil).
- Are updates included for free?
Yes, minor updates (e.g. from v18.0.1 to v18.0.2) are free. If you migrate to a new major version of Odoo (e.g. v17 to v18), you will need to download the module again — this is paid unless you have a subscription. Migration is included for Odoo Enterprise clients with a maintenance contract.
- Can you help with installation and usage?
Yes. You get free access to full documentation, tutorials, and e-learning. Optionally, Aunéor Conseil offers support (1 hour free with subscription), training, and setup assistance.
- Do I need to contact Odoo before installing Asqualio?
For the Community version: no. For the Enterprise version: you must have a license and proper hosting. Aunéor Conseil can manage these steps for you.
- Is documentation and an installation guide available?
Yes. Guides and tutorials are available online. In addition, paid support or training services can be provided.
