Module Compétence
Ce module agit comme un connecteur intelligent entre Asqualio et le module Sondage d’Odoo. Il permet de mettre en place des évaluations de compétences à différentes étapes du parcours : avant, pendant et après la formation. Il facilite l’évaluation des compétences initiales, le suivi de la progression des apprenants, ainsi que la génération de rapports clairs sur l’évolution de chacun. Grâce à une visualisation graphique des résultats, il offre une lecture simple de la montée en compétence. Ce module apporte une vraie valeur ajoutée pédagogique, tout en répondant aux exigences d’amélioration continue.

Non, seul les dysfonctionnements sont pris en compte dans le support, sinon vous devez avoir un contrat de support Aunéor Conseil.
- L’hébergement est-il compris dans le module ?
Non. Si vous souhaitez être hébergé chez Aunéor Conseil ou chez Odoo, alors vous pouvez souscrire un
contrat auprès d’Aunéor Conseil ou d’Odoo mais ce contrat d’hébergement sera indépendant du présent module.

- Qu’est‑ce que Asqualio ?
Asqualio est un module créé par Aunéor Conseil, intégrateur Odoo depuis 2012
Ce module vient s'ajouter à votre Odoo afin de vous faciliter la gestion de votre organisme de formation
- Est‑ce utilisable avec la version communautaire ?
Oui. Asqualio fonctionne aussi bien avec la version communautaire (Open‑Source) qu’avec la version Enterprise (licence).
Certaines fonctionnalités Enterprise (ex. signature électronique, comptabilité complète) ne sont pas disponibles sur la version communautaire.
- Le tarif est-il basé sur le nombre de stagiaires, ou le nombre de formateurs ?
Non, peut importe le nombre de stagiaires, ou de formateurs, le prix ne change pas.
Stagiaires et formateurs accèdent à Asqualio via un accès portail, sans coût supplémentaire
- Faut‑il un hébergement spécifique pour utiliser Asqualio ?
Non, Asqualio étant un module supplémentaire de Odoo, vous l'ajoutez à votre base de données actuelle.
Si vous êtes en version Enterprise, vous devez avoir un abonnement 'personnalisé' pour accéder à l'installation de modules spécifiques, comme Asqualio.
- Quels sont les prérequis à l’installation de Asqualio ?
Asqualio étant un module supplémentaire à Odoo, il vous faut :
- Odoo version communautaire, ou enterprise (offre personnalisée)
- un hébergement (chez vous, chez Aunéor Conseil, ou chez Odoo)
- Les mises à jour sont‑elles gratuites ?
Nous livrons gratuitement, généralement tous les deux mois, une mise à jour 'mineure' téléchargeable gratuitement.
Lorsque vous changez de version de Odoo (exemple de v18 à v19), vous devez migrer votre base de données Odoo et re-télécharger Asqualio dans la nouvelle version.
Le téléchargement de Asqualio est payant (sauf abonnement)
Si vous avez la version Odoo enterprise, la migration de votre base de donnée est incluse dans votre contrat de maintenance Odoo.

- Is the support included in the module ?
No, only malfunctions are taken into account in the support, otherwise you must have an Auneor Conseil support contract.
- Is accommodation included in the module ?
No. If you wish to be hosted by Auneor Conseil or Odoo, then you can sign a contract with Auneor Conseil or Odoo but this hosting contract will be independent of this module.

- What is Asqualio?
Asqualio is a module created by Aunéor Conseil, an Odoo integrator since 2012.
This module is added to your Odoo to simplify the management of your training organization.
- Is it compatible with the Community version?
Yes. Asqualio works with both the Community version (Open Source) and the Enterprise version (licensed).
Some Enterprise features (such as electronic signature, complete accounting) are not available in the Community version.
- Is the price based on the number of trainees or trainers?
No, regardless of the number of trainees or trainers, the price does not change.
Trainees and trainers access Asqualio via a portal access, with no additional cost.
- Is specific hosting required to use Asqualio?
No, since Asqualio is an additional module of Odoo, you add it to your current database.
If you are using the Enterprise version, you must have a 'custom' subscription to access the installation of specific modules, such as Asqualio.
- What are the prerequisites for installing Asqualio?
Since Asqualio is an additional module of Odoo, you need:
- Odoo Community version or Enterprise version (custom offer)
- hosting (with you, with Aunéor Conseil, or with Odoo)
- Are updates included for free?
We deliver, usually every two months, a minor update that can be downloaded free of charge.
When you change your version of Odoo (for example from v18 to v19), you must migrate your Odoo database and re-download Asqualio in the new version.
Downloading Asqualio is paid (unless you have a subscription)
If you have the Odoo Enterprise version, the migration of your database is included in your Odoo maintenance contract.

No, the subscription version includes the Odoo apps version + additional BPF and Qualiopi indicators features.
