>Employee Advance Salary Requests
This module enables employees to easily submit advance salary requests directly through Odoo, streamlining the entire approval and payment workflow. Employees can apply for an advance with just a few clicks, while department managers, HR managers, and directors can review, approve, or reject requests based on predefined rules and salary limits. Once approved, the accountant can process the payment seamlessly through the accounting module. This automated system ensures transparency, reduces manual paperwork, and provides a smooth, controlled process for managing employee salary advances within the organization.

Employee Self-Service Portal
Employees can easily submit salary advance requests, state the reason, and track the status of their application in real-time from their personal Odoo dashboard.
Configurable Multi-Level Approval Workflow
Set up dynamic approval chains. For example, a request can first go to the employee's Department Manager, then to the HR Manager, and finally to the Accounts department for payment processing.
Full Integration with Odoo Accounting
Once a request is fully approved, the system automatically creates the necessary journal entries to record the payment to the employee, ensuring your books are always accurate.
Automated Payroll Deduction
The most critical feature. The approved advance amount is automatically added as a deduction on the employee's payslip for the specified month, ensuring effortless repayment without manual intervention.
Set Advance Limits and Rules
Enforce company policy by setting limits on the advance amount, either as a fixed sum or a percentage of the employee's salary. You can also define how many times an employee can request an advance per year.
Clear Dashboard & History
A dedicated dashboard provides HR and Accounts with a complete overview of all advance requests—pending, approved, and paid—along with a full history for each employee.
