Fynix AI Service Credentials
To use the natural language AI features, visit the Fynix Portal at https://ai.fynix.app. Create an account and retrieve your API Auth Token from the dashboard.
Install the Module
Search for "AI Forecast & Supply
Dashboard" or the technical name
tus_ai_forecast_dashboard in your Odoo Apps
list and click Install.
API & Configuration Settings
Navigate to AI Forecast Dashboard → AI Forecast Configuration. Add a new configuration, paste your secure Fynix Auth Token, and click Test Connection to verify.
Configure Seasons & Vendor Rules
Define season date ranges and years of history in Season Configuration. Adjust product vendor rankings and Min/Max replenishment rules to complete the supply logic setups.
Saved Dashboards Management
Access the Saved Dashboards menu to view, search, and manage all your AI-generated dashboard templates. Keep track of won/lost leads, products, sales performance, set categories, mark favorites, and quickly re-run any saved dashboard with a single click.
