Odoo Extension Under Development

Overview

This module adds Twilio calling and SMS capabilities to Odoo so sales and support teams can place calls, send messages, and review communication history without switching between systems.

Setup

  1. Install the twilio_dialer module in your Odoo addons path.
  2. Open the Twilio configuration menu and enter your Account SID, Auth Token, and phone number settings.
  3. Open a contact, lead, or related record to place a call or send an SMS.
  4. Use the logs menu to review communication activity and history.

Requirements

Odoo

Odoo 17 or 18, Community or Enterprise.

Twilio Account

A Twilio account with the required credentials and services.

Phone Number

A Twilio number with voice and SMS capability.

Public URL

Required for inbound call workflows that rely on webhooks.
