- Can I run the notification manually instead of waiting for the daily schedule?
- Yes â open the Scheduled Action in Odoo 18 and click "Run Manually" to trigger the email immediately for testing or on-demand reporting.
- What bills are included in the email â only overdue or all unpaid?
- The report includes all unpaid vendor bills in Odoo 18 â including bills not yet due. This gives a complete picture of outstanding payables, not just overdue ones.
- Can I send the report weekly instead of daily?
- Yes â change the execution interval in the Scheduled Action from daily to weekly (or any other frequency) without any code changes in Odoo 18.
- Is this compatible with Odoo Community edition?
- Yes â compatible with Odoo 18.0 Community and Enterprise on Odoo.sh and On-Premise. Requires the Accounting or Invoicing module. Not available for Odoo Online (SaaS).
