Why Choose This Module
The ACA hour-tracking and 1095-C preparation problem Once an employer has 50 or more full-time / full-time-equivalent employees it is an ALE and must offer affordable, minimum-value coverage to full-time employees or risk a 4980H penalty -- and must report it on Forms 1095-C / 1094-C. Determining who is full-time is genuinely hard: the IRS lets you use either a month-by-month method or a look-back measurement method with separate measurement, administrative and stability periods, and new hires get their own initial measurement period. Nothing native in Odoo does any of this.
