Why Choose This Module
This is purpose-built for the United States and the IRS optional standard mileage method. It is intentionally distinct from UK AMAP / HMRC tooling: it uses the IRS rate tables (business, medical, moving and charitable), the IRS accountable-plan reasoning, and US odometer / round-trip conventions.
