Validate Website Orders

OMAX INFORMATICS

Overview

This app is designed to streamline and automate the order fulfillment workflow for website-based sales. It automatically validates Sales Orders and their corresponding Delivery Orders as soon as a customer confirms a purchase on the website, based on configurable settings. By reducing manual intervention, it accelerates the order processing cycle and ensures faster delivery initiation-helping e-commerce businesses improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. The module also makes it easier to track which orders were confirmed or validated through the website.

Features

  • When a customer completes payment on the website, and configuration is enabled with products in stock, the system automatically confirms Sales Orders and validates the corresponding Delivery Orders.
  • Configuration options to enable or disable auto-validation.
  • Easily group and filter Sales and Delivery Orders based on whether they were confirmed or validated through the website.
  • Helps streamline e-commerce order processing and reduce manual tasks.

How It Works

Configuration Settings

When enabled, Sales Orders and their corresponding Delivery Orders will be automatically confirmed and validated after a successful website payment.

This Module Works with All Outgoing Shipments Steps (1-Step, 2-Step, and 3-Step)

1-Step: Deliver directly
2-Step: Pick → Deliver
