- Install the Vendor Request Form module.
- Wait for 2 to 3 minutes.
- After installation, you will see the default Odoo Apps UI.

Go to the website module, and you will see that the **Vendor Request** menu has been added.
When you click on the **Vendor Request** menu, you will see this form.
When the form is submitted, you will see this Thank You Page and also add another Vendor.
Then, when you go to the **PO** (Purchase Order), you will see the **Vendor Request** sub-menu inside the order. When you click on it, it will open the list view, where you will see the new vendor details.
When you open a record, you will see two buttons: **Approve** and **Reject**. When you click on **Approve**, it will create a vendor, and when you click on **Reject**, it will reject the vendor request.
When you click on the smart button, it will redirect you to the **res.partner** model, where you can see your vendor.
