VerdeLedger VSME Export
Turn your Odoo records into a VSME sustainability data pack, then finish the report in VerdeLedger.
What it does
European SMEs are increasingly asked for sustainability data by their corporate customers and banks under the CSRD value chain, using the EFRAG Voluntary SME standard (VSME). This module reads the figures you already keep in Odoo and compiles them into a clean data pack you can hand to VerdeLedger, the sustainability reporting workspace that drafts each disclosure from your evidence for review and exports a finished report.
How it works
- In your VerdeLedger workspace, generate an Odoo connection token (under Integrations) and paste it into Odoo: Settings > VerdeLedger VSME.
- Open VSME Reporting > Prepare data pack and choose the company and reporting period.
- Click Send to VerdeLedger to push the data pack straight into your workspace (or Download it as JSON/CSV to upload yourself).
- Review and approve each disclosure in VerdeLedger, then export the report as PDF, DOCX, or inline XBRL aligned with the EFRAG VSME taxonomy.

What is included

- JSON or CSV download as a fallback, keyed to VerdeLedger's VSME metric names.
- A configurable button that opens your VerdeLedger workspace.
Requirements
- Odoo 18.0, Community or Enterprise.
- The Accounting (account) app, for turnover figures.
- A VerdeLedger workspace and a connection token (generated in VerdeLedger under Integrations), to draft, review, and export the report. VerdeLedger is a separate web service.
Data and privacy
The module reads records from the selected company only, and only when you run the wizard or click Send. Data is sent to VerdeLedger over HTTPS, authenticated by a token you generate and can revoke at any time from your workspace. Nothing is transmitted in the background; you can also just download the file and upload it yourself.

VerdeLedger VSME Export

Configuration
Under Settings > VerdeLedger VSME:
- Connection token — generate it in your VerdeLedger workspace under Integrations and paste it here. It is scoped to a single workspace and can be revoked at any time.
- API base URL — defaults to https://verdeledger.eu.
- Workspace URL — used by the Open VerdeLedger workspace button.
