Fills the UTM taxonomy gap in crm_livechat: neither the operator /lead command nor the chatbot create_lead step stamps a utm.medium. This adapter:
- Creates the utm.medium 'Live Chat' (stable xml-id utm_medium_live_chat).
- Overrides discuss.channel._convert_visitor_to_lead to stamp medium_id on every lead created by the operator /lead command.
- Overrides chatbot.script.step._chatbot_crm_prepare_lead_values to add medium_id to every lead created by a chatbot create_lead step.
- Ships a demo livechat-origin lead for testing the channel branch.
Depends on viin_workflow_marketing_sale (CORE) + crm_livechat (CE).
