VoIP Lead Integration (Codetrade)

This Module is Designed Exclusively for Enterprise Environments

Features

  • Create new contact from ongoing VoIP call.
  • Creates a CRM Lead from an ongoing VoIP call using crm lead button.
  • Open existing lead for that user in ongoing call.

How It Works

Step 1: Go to the Customer icon in the CRM dashboard during a call.

Step 2: Click Create to add a new contact if the caller is not already in contacts.

Step 3: If the caller exists, click on the CRM Lead button to create a new lead from the ongoing call.

Step 4: If a lead already exists for the caller, the system will open it directly for you to manage in real time.

Installation

1. Copy the module folder voip_lead_integration_codetrade into your Odoo addons directory.
2. Restart your Odoo server:
   ./odoo-bin -c /etc/odoo/odoo.conf -d <your_database> -u voip_lead_integration_codetrade
3. Activate developer mode and update the Apps list.
4. Install the module from the Apps menu.
