01 How secure is the automated SIP credential generation?

We use Python’s `secrets` module to generate cryptographically strong, 16-character passwords for every SIP account. This is significantly more secure than standard randomizers. The system also performs real-time collision checks against your existing Twilio registry, ensuring every agent has a unique, secure identity before provisioning.

02 Do agents need physical desk phones to answer calls?

Not at all! Agents can receive calls directly through their browser via a WebRTC client, or they can easily toggle the "Forward to Phone" setting in their dashboard. This allows active queue calls to seamlessly route directly to their personal mobile devices, keeping your team connected anywhere.

03 How are call recordings and AI transcriptions stored?

Call recordings are securely fetched from Twilio via API and attached directly to the customer's Contact record in Odoo. If OpenAI integration is enabled, the system automatically transcribes the audio using the Whisper model and generates a concise summary, logging everything neatly in the Chatter for authorized users to review.

04 What happens if all agents are offline or busy?

The module includes smart fallback routing linked to your business calendar. You can configure custom voice spiels based on your opening hours. If no agents are available or the business is closed, the system can automatically route callers to a designated voicemail, record the message, and log it in Odoo for your team to follow up on later.
