Warehouse Slot Appointment
Schedule outgoing delivery orders using configurable warehouse appointment slots with validation and customer email notifications in Odoo 18.
Warehouse Slot Appointment is an Odoo 18 module that allows warehouse managers to define time-based delivery appointment slots and assign outgoing delivery orders to available slots. The module enables slot creation with time ranges, validates slot overlaps and capacity limits, and ensures controlled scheduling of outgoing deliveries. Once an appointment is scheduled, customers are automatically notified via email with the appointment details. This improves warehouse planning, avoids delivery congestion, and ensures smooth coordination between warehouse operations and customers. The module integrates seamlessly with Odoo’s Inventory and Sales workflows.

Appointment Slot Configuration
Navigate to Inventory → Configuration → Warehouse. Inside the warehouse form, configure appointment slots under the Appointment Slot tab.
Sale Order & Delivery Order Creation
Create a sales order and confirm it to generate the corresponding delivery order.
Schedule Appointment
Open the delivery order and click the Schedule Appointment button to assign a delivery schedule.
Add Appointment Slot
Select an available appointment slot from the list based on warehouse configuration and time availability.
Email Notification
Once the appointment is scheduled, the customer automatically receives an email notification with the appointment details.
Appointment Slot Validation
The system validates appointment slots based on warehouse rules, including limiting the number of deliveries per slot and preventing overbooking.
