Auto Select Allowed Companies is an Odoo 18 module that automatically pre-checks all companies assigned to a user at login. After logout or session reset, users normally need to manually reselect their allowed companies. This module eliminates that extra step by ensuring that all assigned companies remain active by default, providing a smoother and more efficient multi-company experience. Select your users to mark "Multi Companies" in the Settings -> Users.
Define multiple companies from Settings -> Users & Companies -> Companies
You can select any default company from the created companies.
Uses standard user company access settings.
Assign Allowed Companies to User
Navigate to Settings → Users, open a user record, and add allowed companies.
Allow Access to All Companies
Optionally enable access to all companies for the user as per business requirements.
