Sale Coupon Points
Manage customer coupon points in sales orders by earning and redeeming loyalty points as discounts in Odoo 18.
Sale Coupon Points is an Odoo 18 module that enables businesses to manage loyalty-based coupon points directly within the sales workflow. Customers automatically earn coupon points based on the total amount paid on sales orders. These points can later be redeemed as discounts on future sales orders, improving customer retention and encouraging repeat purchases. The module provides clear visibility of coupon points at the customer level and applies discounts automatically during redemption. It integrates seamlessly with Odoo’s Sales module.

Works using standard Sales workflows.
Customer Coupon Points Configuration
Navigate to Sales → Orders → Customers and configure coupon point settings on the customer record.
Create Sales Order and Earn Coupon Points
While creating a sales order, click Add Coupon Points. Based on the order amount, the customer earns coupon points (for example, fixed 10% of the total amount).
View Updated Coupon Points
Go to Customer → Coupon Program section to view updated coupon point balance.
Redeem Coupon Points on Next Sales Order
On the next sales order, click Apply Coupon Points to redeem available points.
Coupon Points Applied as Discount
Coupon points are added to the sales order line as a discount
The discount is applied to the total order amount
Updated Coupon Points Balance
After redemption, the updated coupon points balance is reflected in the customer record.
