Salesperson Access – Readonly Fields
Login as a Salesperson with access rights set to Own Documents Only. When creating a new sales order, Unit Price, Taxes, and Discount fields on order lines are displayed as read-only.
Sales Admin Access – Editable Fields
Login as a Sales Administrator with full sales access. Navigate to: Settings → Users → Sales Admin Profile → Access Rights Ensure the Sales field is set to Administrator. Create a new sales order and add products in the order lines. The Unit Price, Taxes, and Discount fields will be fully editable, allowing the admin to update pricing, taxes, and discounts as required.
