Sale Order Terms And Conditions
Select predefined Terms & Conditions on sales orders and automatically apply and print them on sale order reports in Odoo 18.
Sale Order Terms and Conditions is an Odoo 18 module that allows users to choose from a set of predefined Terms & Conditions templates while creating a sales order. The module provides a configuration section where multiple Terms & Conditions templates can be created. During sales order creation, users can select the appropriate Terms & Conditions type from a dropdown, and the related description is automatically populated on the order. The selected Terms & Conditions are also printed on the Sales Order report, ensuring consistency and clarity in customer communication. The module integrates seamlessly with Odoo’s Sales workflow.

Add Terms & Conditions in Sales Order
While creating or editing a sales order, select the required Terms & Conditions from the dropdown. Upon selection, the corresponding Terms & Conditions description is automatically populated on the sales order.
Print Sales Order Report
When printing the sales order, the selected Terms & Conditions are displayed on the Sales Order report as configured.
