Walaa Connector for Odoo
Sync your Odoo products and orders with the Walaa loyalty platform
Features
- Order Sync â Confirmed Sales Orders and paid POS Orders are sent to Walaa automatically.
- Product Sync â Push your full product catalog to Walaa in one click, or let Walaa pull it on demand.
- POS Gifts & Rewards â When a customer is selected in the POS, available Walaa rewards and gifts are fetched automatically and presented to the cashier.
- Multi-gift support â Cashier can select multiple rewards per order; discounts are applied to the correct order lines in real time.
- Order Requests â View and apply today's Walaa order requests directly from the POS.
- Multi-company â Each company has its own Walaa brand token and configuration.
Configuration
Go to Settings â General Settings â Walaa and fill in:
- Enable Walaa â toggle the integration on/off per company.
- Walaa Brand Token â your unique brand token from the Walaa dashboard.
Requirements
- Odoo 18 (self-hosted)
- Odoo modules:
sale,product,base,point_of_sale - Walaa API reachable from the Odoo server
