What is Smart Warehouse Visualizer?
A fully integrated Odoo module that brings your warehouse floor plan to life as an interactive WebGL 3D scene — directly in your browser, no plugins required. Operations managers and warehouse staff can see exactly where every product is, how full every bin is, and which locations are involved in any picking order, all without leaving Odoo.

Interactive 3D Layout Designer
Drag, drop, and rotate racks and bins directly on a WebGL canvas. Grid snapping (0.1 m) ensures precise spatial alignment. Keyboard shortcuts: G Move · R Rotate · ⌘S Save.
Real-time Stock Heatmap
Bins color-code automatically by occupancy: Green (<50%) · Amber (50–80%) · Red (>80%). Instantly see where capacity is critical.
Per-Bin Inventory Drill-down
Click any bin to open a slide-over panel showing every SKU, lot/serial number, expiry date, on-hand qty, reserved qty per sales channel, and available stock.
Picking Order Highlight
Link any stock picking to the 3D view. All involved bins are highlighted, with a side panel showing demand progress bars and per-product picked vs. required quantities.
Smart Product Search
Autocomplete search finds products and locations simultaneously. Select a product to highlight all bins holding it, with qty breakdown, and navigate directly to the bin in 3D.
Real-time Updates (Odoo Bus)
Stock movements instantly push occupancy changes to all connected clients via Odoo's built-in Bus. No page refresh needed — the heatmap updates live as picks are confirmed.
Multi-channel Stock Breakdown
Reserved stock per bin is split by fulfillment channel — Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and more. Understand exactly which orders are holding your inventory.
Inspector Sidebar
Select any bin or zone to instantly see and edit its name, parent location, 3D coordinates, dimensions, and a live stock summary — all in a clean right-side panel.
Batch Coordinate Sync
All position changes are queued locally and saved in a single batch RPC call. A counter badge shows pending changes so nothing is lost when editing large layouts.

Install the module — no configuration wizard, no extra dependencies beyond
stock,bus, andweb. - 2 Open Inventory → Warehouse Visualizer — select your warehouse from the toolbar dropdown.
- 3 Switch to Edit Mode — drag bins and racks to match your physical floor plan. Use G to move, R to rotate. Positions snap to a 0.1 m grid.
- 4 Save positions with ⌘S — all coordinates are batch-synced to Odoo in a single call.

Switch to View Mode — the heatmap activates, color-coding every bin by live occupancy from
stock.quant. - 6 Click any bin to inspect lot-level inventory detail, or search a product to instantly fly to its storage locations.
- 7 Link a picking order — type the transfer reference in the search bar to highlight relevant bins and track demand progress in real time.
