Auto Process Manufacturing Order
Auto Process Manufacturing Order allows you to process multiple draft manufacturing orders directly from the tree view list using Odoo's action menu. With options to process by available quantity or forcefully complete, the module automatically handles raw material reservation, lot/serial numbers, quality checks, and work orders to transition your orders to the 'Done' state instantly.
Features
1) Install the Module
Go to the Odoo Apps menu,
search for Auto Process Manufacturing Order
and click Activate.
2) Once module is installed user can see 'Auto Process Order' in a action window which will appear after selecting any draft manufacturing order.
3) User needs to select "Available Quantity" option if selected component stock is available otherwise select "Forcefully Done" option to complete manufacturing order forcefully..
4) Auto Processed Manufacturing Order.
5) User can see automatically confirmed manufacturing order.
6) If component stock is not available and user select "Available Quantity" option that time only confirm manufacturing order.
7) User can see 'Auto Process Order' in a action window which will appear after selecting any draft manufacturing order.
8) User have to select "Forcefully Done" option to complete manufacturing order forcefully.
9) Forcefully Auto Processed Manufacturing Order.
10) User can see forcefully confirmed manufacturing order.
11) If user tries to auto process order which is not in "draft" stage, Raised warning.
It allows users to quickly process multiple draft manufacturing orders directly from the list view action menu. Users can either process them based on available component stock or forcefully complete them to a "Done" state.
Select one or more draft manufacturing orders from the tree view list, click the "Action" button, and select "Auto Process Order". In the wizard, choose the process type ("Available Quantity" or "Forcefully Done") and click "Confirm".
Available Quantity: Confirms the order and reserves materials. If all components are fully reserved, it sets the producing quantity and completes the order.
Forcefully Done: Confirms the order, reserves materials, sets the producing quantity, auto-generates/assigns serial or lot numbers for tracked components/finished products, passes any pending quality checks, finishes work orders, and forces the manufacturing order into the "Done" state regardless of raw material availability.
Yes. The module automatically generates/assigns lot or serial numbers for tracked products using Odoo's native sequences, ensuring smooth inventory and stock move registrations.
Yes. The module is fully compatible with Odoo Community, Enterprise, and Odoo.sh environments.
No. The module is designed to process orders starting from the "Draft" state. If you try to process orders in other states, Odoo will raise a validation warning.
