All in One Mass Actions
All-in-One Mass Action allows users to update order information in bulk directly from list views using a single Mass Update option. The module streamlines bulk operations across Sales, Purchase, Products, Customers, and Vendors, enabling quick and consistent updates to multiple records at once. With minimal clicks, users can select records, open Mass Update from the Action menu, and apply changes across all selected entries. This reduces manual effort, saves time, and helps maintain accurate and consistent data throughout the system.

All in One Mass Actions Features
Bulk Product Update:
- Manage product data in bulk, including availability, sales price, sales taxes, product type, invoicing policy, inventory tracking, category, website publication, POS category, and product variants using Apply to Product Variants.
Bulk Sales Order Update:
- Update multiple sales orders at once, including customer, pricelist, delivery address, salesperson, shipping policy, campaign, and opportunity.
Bulk Vendor Update:
- Update vendor records in bulk, including company type, tags, salesperson, pricelist, sales payment terms, and purchase payment terms.
Bulk Purchase Order Update:
- Modify purchase orders in bulk, including availability options, product type, inventory tracking, categories, and accessory products.
Mass Action from List Views:
- Use Mass Update directly from list views by selecting multiple records and applying changes using the Action menu.
Bulk Customer Update:
- Update customer records in bulk with company type, tags, sales payment terms, and purchase payment terms.
All in One Mass Actions Workflow
- Go to Sales -> Orders -> List View.
- Select multiple quotations or sales orders.
- Click Action -> Mass Update.
- Open the General Information section and update the Customer, then save.
- Update the Pricelist for selected orders and save.
- Update Salesperson, Shipping Policy, Opportunity, Campaign in the Sales Section, and save.
- Update the Delivery Address in the Delivery Section and save.
- Go to Purchase -> Requests for Quotation -> List View.
- Select multiple purchase orders.
- Click Action -> Mass Update.
- Update Availability Options, Product Type, and Inventory Tracking Category, Accessory Products, Sales Categories, POS Category, and save.
- Go to Customers -> List View.
- Select multiple customers.
- Click Action -> Mass Update.
- Update Company Type, Tags, Purchase Payment Terms, Sales Payment Terms and save.
- Go to Products -> List View.
- Select multiple products.
- Click Action -> Mass Update.
- Update Track Inventory, Purchase Taxes, Accessory Products, Website, Published Status, Category, Sales Categories, POS Category and save.
- Go to Vendors -> List View, select multiple vendors, click Action -> Mass Update, update Company Type, Tags, Salesperson, Pricelist, Payment Terms, and save.

Sales -> Quotation
Select multiple quotations, click the Action button, and choose Mass Update to update order information in bulk.
Update Order Details
Click Mass Update to open the General Information section, where you can update the details for the selected orders.
Update Customer
Update the customer for all selected orders at once using Mass Update.
Customer Updated
After saving, the selected customer is applied to all chosen orders.
Update Pricelist
Update the pricelist for all selected orders using Mass Update.
