All-in-One Cloud Storage for Odoo is a complete cloud document management solution that seamlessly integrates Google Drive and Dropbox into a single, centralized Odoo platform. It enables businesses to securely upload, store, organize, and access documents directly from core Odoo modules, including Sales, CRM, Purchases, Invoicing, Customers, Vendors, Quotations, Orders, and Product Variants. With a simple configuration process, users can connect their preferred cloud provider and define automatic storage rules through flexible folder mapping. Once configured, attachments from Odoo records are automatically saved to the selected cloud storage, ensuring structured and organized document management. The app provides secure file storage, automated folder creation, real-time cloud synchronization, and direct access to documents from within Odoo. Even in the case of server failure or data loss, important files remain safely stored in Google Drive or Dropbox. This solution enhances data security, improves document workflow efficiency, and delivers reliable cloud-based storage management fully integrated with Odoo operations.

Dual Cloud Integration:
- Connect both Google Drive and Dropbox in a single app. Users can create multiple connections and manage them easily from one dashboard.
Storage Provider Configuration:
- Select the preferred cloud platform in Settings. Define the default connection for automatic uploads. Enable Download/Delete buttons and set file export limits.
Centralized Dashboard:
- View all connected accounts, folders, files, and storage details in one place. A visual pie chart displays file distribution across cloud providers.
Secure Cloud Connection Setup:
- Create new connections by selecting storage type, entering credentials, and authorizing the account. The system verifies and confirms a successful connection.
Folder Mapping System:
- Create folders directly from Odoo. Folders are automatically generated in the selected cloud provider. Map folders to specific Odoo models or allow uploads without model restriction.
Automatic Folder Path Generation:
- Once a folder record is saved, the folder path is auto-generated. Export Attachments and Open Folder in Cloud options become available.
Direct Export from Odoo Modules:
- Upload documents directly to Google Drive or Dropbox from CRM, Sales Orders, Product Variants, Vendors, Invoices, and Requests for Quotation.
Open Folder in Cloud:
- Click "Open Folder in Cloud" to instantly open the mapped folder in Google Drive or Dropbox.
File Management Controls:
- Users can view file count, open detailed file views, download, delete, and manage uploaded documents directly from Odoo.
Cloud File Visibility:
- All uploaded documents are instantly visible in Google Drive or Dropbox and also listed inside the Odoo Files section.
All in One Cloud Storage Workflow
- Go to Configuration -> Settings.
- Select the preferred Storage Provider (Google Drive or Dropbox).
- Create a new Cloud Connection.
- Enter connection details and authorize the account.
- Verify that the connection is successfully established.
- Go to Mappings -> Folder.
- Click Create to add a new folder.
- Enter the folder name and select the cloud connection.
- Select an Odoo model to link documents to a specific module. If no model is selected, documents can be uploaded without any module restriction.
- Save the record to automatically generate the folder path in the c cloud.
- Open any Odoo record (Sales, CRM, Purchase, Invoice, Vendor, Product, etc.)
- Click Export to Google Drive or Export to Dropbox to upload attachments.
- Verify the connection and select the mapped folder.
- Click Open Folder in Cloud to view uploaded documents directly in the selected cloud platform.

Cloud Storage Configuration
Select the cloud platform (Google Drive or Dropbox), define the default connection for uploads, enable Download and Delete action buttons, and set the maximum number of files allowed per export.
All-in-One Cloud Storage Dashboard
Displays all files and folders from Google Drive and Dropbox with storage details and a pie chart showing distribution across connected providers.
Cloud Storage Connections
Allows users to create, configure, and manage Google Drive and Dropbox connections.
Add New Cloud Connection
Select the storage type (Google Drive or Dropbox), enter connection details and credentials, then click Connect to authorize the selected provider.
Google Drive Connection
After clicking Connect, the system authorizes Google Drive and displays the successfully connected account.
Dropbox Connection
After clicking Connect to Dropbox and completing authorization, the connected Dropbox account is displayed.
Folder Mapping Overview
Create and manage folders that are automatically saved in the selected storage provider, view all Google Drive and Dropbox folders in one place, and display only the folders related to the selected Storage Provider and Connection when accessed from the Dashboard.
Create New Folder Mapping
Enter the Folder Name, select the Cloud Connection, choose the related Model (optional), and click Save to create and manage the folder in the selected storage provider.
Folder Creation Confirmation
Click Create Folder, confirm the action, and then click Save. The folder will be successfully created in the selected storage provider.
Folder Path & Actions
Once the record is saved, the Folder Path is generated automatically, and the Export Attachments and Open Folder in Cloud options become available.
Open Folder in Dropbox
When you click Open Folder in Cloud and Dropbox is selected as the Storage Provider, the folder opens directly in Dropbox.
Upload Documents from Vendors
In Vendors, documents can be attached and exported to Dropbox using the Export to Dropbox option, storing them in the mapped folder.
Verify Connection & Upload
Verify the created connection, select the mapped folder to view previously attached documents, and click Action to complete the upload process.
Folder File Overview & Actions
View the total number of uploaded files, use Open Folder in Cloud to attach documents directly from Vendors or any selected model, use Export Attachments to upload files to the selected folder, and click on a file to view uploaded documents.
Dropbox File Visibility
The uploaded documents are visible directly in Dropbox.
Google Drive Connection Option
Google Drive appears as a Cloud Connection option after being enabled in the configuration settings.
Open Folder in Google Drive
When Open Folder in Cloud is clicked with Google Drive selected as the Storage Provider, the selected folder opens directly in Google Drive.
Upload from Product Variants
In Product Variants, documents can be attached and exported using the Export to Google Drive option, storing them in the mapped Google Drive folder.
Verify Connection & Upload (Google Drive)
Verify the created connection, select the folder to view previously attached documents, and click Action to complete the process.
File Count & Direct Upload (Google Drive)
View the total uploaded files and use Open Folder in Cloud to attach documents directly in Google Drive from Product Variants or any selected model.
Google Drive File Visibility
The uploaded documents are visible directly in Google Drive.
Files Section Overview
All uploaded documents are listed and accessible in the Files section.
File Detail & Actions
Clicking on an uploaded file opens its detailed view, where you can download or delete it using the Action button.
CRM Export to Google Drive
