General
Create Products
The admin develops service products intended for use as custom fee products. This helps streamline the application of specialized charges.


Custom Fee Option
The admin can navigate to Website, Configuration, and Custom Fee, then click the new button to create custom fees. This simplifies the process of establishing tailored pricing strategies.
Custom Fee List
The admin can view the full list of all custom fees currently available.


Create a New Custom Fee
Admin inputs the fee name and selects a corresponding product before entering the fixed fee amount and choosing the required option. Finally, they select the customer to apply the custom fee rule effectively.
Custom Fee By Customer
Admin selects the relevant optional option to implement the custom fee. They then choose the specific customer for applying this fee accurately.


Order Overview
The rule for custom fees by customers is applied successfully, allowing the required option to remain visible without removing any products. The optional custom fee is displayed in a checkbox with an apply button for user convenience.
Optional Applicable Option
The order overview list now includes the optional applicable custom fee after the apply button is clicked.


Payment Successful On Frontend
The payment process was confirmed successfully, reflecting the application of the custom fee rule. These transaction details are accurate and complete.
Order History
Navigate to Website, then eCommerce, and select Orders to allow the admin to view custom fee details in the backend. This feature enables efficient tracking and management of order-related fees.


Customer Invoice Detail
Admins can view and manage custom fee details in customer invoices from the backend.
Custom Fee By Product
Admin chooses a product to activate the custom fee rule applicable to that specific item.


Cart Page
Custom fees appear on the frontend only for the products that meet the criteria set by the applied rule.
Custom Fee By Website
Choose the website to which the custom fee rule will be applied. This facilitates proper fee structure management based on the selected website.


Checkout Page
Display the custom fee option for the selected website to ensure customers are informed of applicable charges. This feature enhances transparency during the purchasing process.
Custom Fee By Country
Select the country to implement the custom fee rule effectively.


Payment Page
The custom fee rule based on the country has been successfully applied on frontend. This accurate fee management is tailored to specific regions.
Custom Fee By Calendar
Select the calendar date to configure the custom fee rule correctly.


Custom Fee By Order Amount
Enter the minimum order amount to configure the custom fee rule effectively.
Review Order Page
