Quotation Pro - Customer Inquiry Features
Hide Price / Remove Price:
- Admins can choose to hide prices on product pages, creating opportunities for customers to request quotations instead, which fosters direct engagement.
Hide Add to Cart / Remove Add to Cart Button:
- The option to remove the add-to-cart button allows businesses to take control of the sales method, encouraging customers to submit inquiries rather than proceeding with standard purchases.
Product Checkout by Approved Price:
- Once a quotation is approved, customers can proceed to checkout with the agreed-upon price, ensuring a smooth buying experience.
Offer Quotation Submission:
- Customers can easily submit their desired price or competitor quotes through an "Offer Quotation" button, streamlining the process of negotiating terms.
Admin Review and Approval:
- Admins receive email notifications for customer submissions and can review quotes in the backend. They have the ability to adjust pricing and set expiry dates before approving.
Customer Notification:
- Upon approval of a quotation, customers receive email notifications containing the approved price, keeping them informed throughout the process.
Quotation Pro - Customer Inquiry Workflow
- Navigate to Website -> eCommerce -> Products -> Select Product -> Sales tab.
- Select the options, which you want to show or hide on the product page. Save the settings.
- The customers will now have a "Price Quotation" button on the front end through which they can fill out the form and submit their quote.
- Once submitted, the admin will receive a mail about the details of the quote.
- Admin can visit the backend. Navigate to Website -> eCommerce -> Price Quotation.
- Admin can see the details filled by the customer. Admin needs to enter his offer price and quotation expiry date.
- Once the admin approves the quotation after filling in the details, the customer will receive an email.
- Upon going into the My Account section, the customer can open My Quotations. He can see that his quote has been accepted and can the price on which the admin has accepted the quote. The add to Cart button becomes available.
- Upon pressing add to cart, the product will the specified quantity will get added to the cart with the specific price and quantity that the admin quoted.
- If a customer tries to increase/decrease quantity, the app won't allow that.
- If a customer tries to redeem the quotation after the expiry date, the app won't allow that.
- The customer will be notified of this action via email.
- Admin can also apply this feature to specific selected products and can apply this feature to all the products in the shop via a bulk action. To apply via bulk, Navigate to Odoo Settings.

Product Page
Backend settings enable merchants to hide specific product information on the website and provide a quotation button, with options for bulk or individual updates for each product.


Configuration Settings
Customer-specific bulk settings allow for hiding the price, add-to-cart button, attributes, and quantity box while showcasing the offer quotation button.
Product Page: Dynamic Button
Display the offer quotation button on the front end.


Quotation Popup Form On Frontend
Customers can input details for the price offer quotation, including competitor prices, links, file attachments, product attributes, and additional notes.

Success Message
A success message is shown after a quotation is submitted successfully.
Admin Receives an email
The admin receives an email notification upon customer submission of the form.


Quotation Receives In The Backend
Quotations submitted by customers are accessible to the admin in the Offer Quotation area.
Offer Quotation: Admin Quotation Form
Admin can create custom pricing for customers, approve or reject quotes, review customer submissions, provide offer prices, and set quotation expiration dates.


My Account Section: List View Of Quotation
After the admin approves it, customers can check their quotation status and proceed to add the product to their cart at the approved price.
Add Product In Cart
Add the product to your cart at the price provided in the offer.


Purchase Status
The purchase status is updated for the customer.
Admin Quotation List View
Admin is notified about the purchase status of the sent quotation.


Product Wise Settings
Configure settings for each product to hide the price, add-to-cart button, quantity, and attributes, while showing the offer quotation button as needed.
Offer Quotation: Quotation Expires Add To Cart Button
The add-to-cart button will be disabled once the quotation has expired.


Cart Page
An alert will notify the customer that changes to the quantity are not allowed if they attempt to adjust it.
