Store Pickup and Pay
The Pickup and Pay app offers flexible payment and pickup options. Customers can choose from various methods, such as paying online and picking up at the store, paying upon pickup, or opting for delivery with payment on delivery. These options enhance the shopping experience by providing convenience and flexibility, which are visible during checkout based on the admin's configurations.

Store Pickup and Pay Features
Pickup & Pay at Store:
- Customers can select to pay for products when picking them up at the store, allowing them to see the product before purchase and make payments in person.
Pay Now and Get Delivery:
- This option supports online payments where, upon checkout, customers enter their shipping details for home delivery, streamlining the online shopping process.
Pickup at the Store but Pay Now:
- Customers complete their payment online, receive a payment slip, and use it to pick up their products at the store, combining online convenience with in-store interactions.
Pay on Delivery:
- Customers opt to pay cash when their order is delivered to their address, which provides flexibility for those who prefer not to use online payment methods.
Admin Configuration Control:
- Website admins can manage payment options via the admin configuration panel. They can enable or disable specific payment methods based on customer preferences and business needs.
Store Pickup and Pay Workflow
- Go to website configuration setting -> Navigate to the payment option configuration section.
- Enable / Disable available payment options based on preference.
- Customers select their preferred payment method (e.g., Pickup & Pay at Store, Pay Now and Get Delivery, Pickup at Store but Pay Now, or Pay on Delivery).
- Customers fill in any necessary details, such as shipping address if applicable.

Website Configuration Setting
Configure the options to enable or disable Pickup & Pay at Store, Pickup at Store but Pay Now, Pay Now and Get Delivery, and Pay on Delivery.
Website Checkout Option: Pickup & Pay At Store
Choose 'Pickup & Pay at Store' from the available payment options on the checkout page.
Address Detail
Select this option to pay at the store; please fill in the required information.
Payment Information
Show confirmation of successful payment.
Sale Quotations Page
New fields for 'Checkout Option' and 'Pickup Person' are now available in the backend order.
Option: Pickup At the Store But Pay Now
Users can complete online payments and pick up items by showing their generated payment slip.

Complete the required information fields.
Payment Method
Choose a payment option to complete your order.
Payment Information
Show confirmation of successful payment.
Before Order Confirm
A sales order will not be created until the order is confirmed.
After Order Confirm
Confirm the order to create a sales order, with the pickup person not shown.
Option: Pay Now And Get Delivery
This option allows users to pay online and provide a shipping address for delivery.

Enter all required details.
Payment Method
Choose a payment method to continue.
Payment Information
Display successful payment.
Before Confirm
Confirm the order first to generate a sales order.
After Confirm
Upon order confirmation, generate a sales order without showing the pickup person.
Option: Pay On Delivery
This selection allows for Pay on Delivery; users must provide their details, and payment is collected by the delivery person at the delivery address.

Enter all mandatory details.
Payment Information
Show successful payment.
Quotation Page
Checkout Option' is added to the backend order after confirming the order.
Options Not Available
Options are unavailable until checkout payment settings are enabled.
