hi i need to khown
Hello, I need to know if when the client places the order online, this order enters as a sent quote or as a confirmed order, thank you
Javier
Re: hi i need to khown
Hello Javier,
When a customer pays via Cash on Delivery, it goes as a sales order in the backoffice and admin has to invoice the order to confirm it.
Kindly check the video to understand better. This part is captured in the last part of the video.
Let me know if you have more queries.
Thanks
Shubham
