Payrexx Payment Gateway Features
Transactions Status Monitoring:
- The Payrexx dashboard allows the admin to view a comprehensive list of payment transactions, displaying statuses such as Open, Confirmed, or Cancelled. Detailed transaction information is accessible in the backend, including Payment Method, Provider, Amount, Payrexx Transaction ID, Currency, and Status. When a transaction status is not selected, it will appear as "waiting", indicating that customer payment is pending.
Multiple Currency Support:
- The app supports multiple currencies, enabling the admin to select currencies for transactions when logging in from the Payrexx dashboard. During the login process, the admin can choose currencies to be used specifically with the Payrexx payment app. The admin can then enable these selected currencies in the settings so they are available for transactions.
Payrexx Account Integration:
- Admin can create and manage their Payrexx account directly through the dashboard to facilitate multiple currency transactions.
API Key and Instance Name Configuration:
- The admin must enter the API Key and Instance Name to create a secure connection with the payrexx provider.
Easy Payment Method Activation:
- The admin can select and enable the payrexx payment method swiftly within the app.
Process Payment and Finalize Order:
- The customer selects the payrexx payment method, and payment details are displayed on the payrexx interface. After clicking the pay button, they should click the finalize button to redirect to the payment information page.
Payrexx Payment Gateway Workflow
- Go to Website -> Configuration -> Payment Providers.
- Select the Payrexx Payment Provider. Enable the payrexx payment app.
- Enter the API Key and Instance name in the configurations.
- Select and enable currencies in the list.
- Save the record. Payrexx payment gateway should now be available.
- Add products to the cart and proceed to checkout.
- Select the payrexx payment method with the selected currency.
- Manage and store payment transaction records on the Payrexx dashboard.

General
Payment Providers
First, navigate to the website and select Configuration to configure payment options for online transactions. Next, click on payment providers to access the available payment methods. Finally, select the Payrexx payment provider.


Enter The Credentials
Select the Payrexx payment provider to enable Payrexx to process transactions. After enabling Payrexx payment, enter the required credentials, API key, and instance, on the payment providers page.
Enable Payment Method
To proceed with online transactions, you must enable the Payrexx payment option in the payment method settings. This allows customers to make payrexx payments during the checkout process.


Configuration Settings
In the configuration settings, search for currencies to enable multi-currency support. Click to access the list of available currencies for your payment options.
Currencies List
Enable the currencies in the list, as the Payrexx payment method supports various currencies for online transactions. These currencies are available based on the selections made during login to the Payrexx dashboard.


Select Payment Option
After selecting the products during the checkout process, proceed to the payment section. Here, select the Payrexx payment method for processing your online transaction.
Payrexx Payment Details
In the Payrexx payment details, display essential order information such as Order ID and amount along with the currency. Customers can review these details before proceeding. To continue the transaction process, click the "Pay" button.


Payrexx Dashboard
After the customer clicks the pay button on the Payrexx payment details page, the admin accesses the payment transaction list in the Payrexx dashboard. By clicking on "Open", the admin can view three options in the menu: Open, Confirmed, and cancelled. This functionality allows for effective tracking of online payment transaction statuses.
Transaction Information
The admin clicks the "Confirmed" option in the menu on the Payrexx dashboard to update the status of the selected transaction. This action indicates that the payment has been successfully processed and approved.


Finalize Button
After the admin confirms the transaction on the Payrexx dashboard, the customer clicks the finalize button to proceed. This action redirects the customer to the payment information page for further details.
Payment Information
The payment confirmation is displayed successfully, indicating that the transaction has been processed. This message assures users that their payment was completed without errors.


Payment Transaction History
Access the configuration settings and select payment transactions to view the payment transaction history. This section will display all transaction records along with their current status for easy monitoring.
Transaction Details in the Backend
View the complete payment transaction details, which include the Payrexx transaction ID, Payrexx transaction currency, and Payrexx transaction status. This information provides a clear overview of the transaction for better tracking and management.


Change Currency
Navigate to the eCommerce section and select Pricelist to access pricing configurations. From the menu, choose the supported currency for online payments.
Select Payment Option
Select the Payrexx payment method to facilitate online transactions using the chosen currency. This option integrates directly with your checkout process, allowing seamless payment processing.


Payrexx Payment Details
After selecting Payrexx as the payment option, the customer is prompted to click the pay button to finalize the transaction.
Frontend View of Payment Status
After the customer clicks the pay and finalize button, the online transaction will show a waiting status in the frontend view of payment status if the admin has not selected confirmation or cancellation in the Payrexx dashboard. This indicates that the transaction is still pending and requires admin action for resolution. Monitoring this waiting status.


Transaction Details in the Backend
Payments that are not confirmed in the Payrexx dashboard are displayed as "Waiting" on the payment transaction page. This status indicates that the transaction is still pending and has not been fully processed.

The admin can confirm online transactions in the Payrexx dashboard.


Payment Information in the Frontend
The payment confirmation is displayed successfully, indicating that the transaction has been processed. This message assures users that their payment was completed without errors.

Display the Payrexx transaction status as confirmed in the payment transaction records. This confirmation assures that the transaction has been successfully processed.


Frontend Payment Option Selection
Choose the Payrexx payment method option for online transactions in the selected currency. This selection will enable secure and efficient processing of payments.

After selecting the Payrexx payment option, the customer is prompted to click the pay button to proceed with the transaction.


Payment Transaction Overview in Payrexx Dashboard
The admin can cancel a payment transaction in the Payrexx dashboard. Canceling a transaction updates the status accordingly, providing clear visibility for record-keeping.
Finalize Button
Click the finalize button to complete the payment transaction. Completing this step allows for a smooth transition to the confirmation of the transaction.


Frontend View of Payment Information
Online payment cancellations are reflected on the payment information page after clicking the finalize button on the Payrexx finalize page.
Backend View of Transaction Details
The cancelled Payrexx transaction status for online payments is displayed in the backend under the View of Transaction Details section. This allows admins to easily monitor and track the status of cancelled transactions.
